 Monastery Tour 2 days / 1night
Day 1
Departure at 8.30 a.m. Drive along the Belgrade-Niš highway. A visit to the Manasija monastery ( founded by Despot Stefan Lazarevic in the first half of the 15th century) has the best preserved medieval fortification in the country . Immediately following its foundation, the monastery became the cultural centre of the Serbian Despotate . It's Resava school was well known for its manus and translations throughout the 15th and 16th centuries.

The Palaces (The Royal Palace and The White Palace) and park of The Royal Compound at Dedinje Hill in Belgrade are open to visitors with tickets from 1 April through 30 October on Saturdays and Sundays. The Royal Palace was built between 1924 and 1929 with the private funds of his Majesty King Alexandar I. It was the home of King Alexander I and King Petar II.
